If only an exchange is requested, Merchant (Helpful Technologies Group) will cover the return shipping costs. If a full refund is requested, Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once refund has been approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method.

For a refund to be considered eligible all items must be unused and in the original packaging.
Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you or purchased with a gift card, a store credit will be applied and emailed to you.
