If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund or store credit, within 14 days of receipt. 

If only an exchange is requested, Merchant (Helpful Technologies Group) will cover the return shipping costs. If a full refund is requested, Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once refund has been approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method.


Return Eligibility: Contact us at: Provide your order # in subject line. Explain your issue. We will contact you within 24 hours with resolution. All returned items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

If an item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you OR purchased with a gift card, a store credit will be applied and emailed to you.

No refunds on sale items.
